Ladies…Drink coffee and lower your risk of depression?

A new study suggests that women who regularly consume caffeinated beverages are less likely to suffer from depression.  In fact, women who consumed two to three cups of coffee per day had around a 15% lower risk of developing depression during a 10-year period over women who consumed only one cup or less per week.
